Refunds and Returns Policy

Beer
Due to the type of product (consumable) we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchased beer unless damaged, faulty or you have received an incorrect item (see below policy for Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods).

Merchandise
We have a 7-day exchange policy for all merchandise items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless damaged, faulty or you have received an incorrect item.

*No refunds or exchanges are accepted for change of mind on beer or merchandise.
*No refunds are accepted on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged en route or if you’ve received the wrong item. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must provide a photo of your product as it was received so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Crimson Badger Brewing where necessary will arrange a return of damaged or incorrect goods when necessary.

Faulty Goods
If any of your products have a fault then let us know within 30 days of receiving order along with a photo of product and batch number and we will send you replacement, at no additional cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
