Shipping Policy

All order shipments are fulfilled through Payport Limited trading as Parcel Port. Parcel Port is an online platform which connects Crimson Badger Brewing Limited with our preferred courier partners New Zealand Post and Aramex.

Due to the 2012 Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act, all orders that include beer must be signed for on delivery. The courier may also ask to see ID from anyone who appears to be under the age of 25. In this instance, please ensure that you have a valid NZ driver’s license, passport, or Kiwi Access card on hand.

Orders placed before 1pm Tuesday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (within regular circumstances). Please note that our courier service does not operate on weekends or public holidays. Therefore any orders placed during these times will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

We currently offer delivery of alcohol products within New Zealand only.

All orders shipped within New Zealand are sent using the overnight service. However, if your order is intended for a special occasion, we recommend allowing 3-5 business days to ensure it arrives on time. Please allow for additional time if shipping is to a rural address.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@crimsonbadger.co.nz with your name and order number. We’ll be more than happy to investigate the matter for you.
